I walked to a large park on the side of the hill very close to town and behind where all the beautiful villas are. The park is small but with all the snow it was gorgeous and the snow was about ankle deep which was great, like walking in the sand at the beach so my legs got even more exercise.

Treatments are now all ones I've had before so nothing unusual or new. I think my favorite is the lymph-drainage, it's so relaxing and I always feels thinner afterwards even though you're not really sweating or anything so I can't imagine where the fat would have gone. It just feels like it's being squeezed out of your body.
After getting my evening water cure I had dinner in my room and now I get to relax with a good book, hurrah! It's interesting, most of the locals don't do the water cures. Peter, the manager at my hotel said you shouldn't do the cure all the time so it's not something people here would do all year round only for a few weeks at a time.

And interestingly I was talking to Sona who does the massage/wraps and she is just so sweet and friendly and she just happened to leave the spa at the same time and she was walking to her bus stop and I was heading to my water cure and I just happened to ask if she did the cures thinking she's say an emphatic no but then she smiled and counted something on her hands (her English is not great but she really tries to communicate) and she said March after a few seconds and then counted out to April and said that. So I confirmed she was saying that each year she does the water cure for two months March and April and she confirmed I'd gotten her meaning. And she interestingly does the same water source 1B 50 degrees.
I still haven't found spring 13, 14 & 16 so I'll have to keep my eyes out for them or who knows maybe they existed and then were removed.
