Yellow is for Flights
Orange is for Cruises and Ferries
Blue is for all land travel by train, bus, etc.
And from my best recollection and the blog for reference below is the itinerary and all the places within the 26 countries I visited that I stopped long enough to take a picture or stay over night. There were lots of other cities, towns and villages that I passed through on some kind of moving vehicle and didn't stop or stopped just long enough to run from a bus to a train or catch the connecting train onward (with those added in I estimate I touched land in about 130 cities considering I also came back so several cities more than once.) Looking back there were some very exhausting moments but all-in-all a truly remarkable experience that I will always treasure and new friends I look forward to connecting with.
